When you submit the enquiry or free website review form, we collect the details you provide: business name, contact person, WhatsApp number, email address, industry, website status, the services you're interested in, estimated budget, preferred timeline, and any message or goal you share.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or free review, and follow up about the project you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our form provider, Formspree. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. These providers process the data on our behalf to deliver your message.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted by emailing hello@konolhi.com. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may add privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics in future; if we do, we'll update this page and provide a choice where required.
